Summer Dockage

Boats under 21 Feet (length overall)

  • $1,400 flat fee
  • Shared power and water
  • $1,150 if stored with us the previous winter, reserved with a 50% deposit by Feb 1 (unless on monthly payment plan) & account in good standing

Boats 21 feet and larger (length overall)

  • $82 per foot if stored with us the previous winter **
  • Dedicated power and water
  • A minimum charge of $1,750.00 applies to all docks with dedicated power and water
  • New customers charged $90.00 ft will be credited $8.00 sq/ft toward the following winter’s storage

Air Conditioning / Extra power requirements

  • $100

Guests

  • $1.50 per foot per 24 hour period
  • Minimum $20
  • $8 per foot per week
  • $20 per foot per month

Canoe Camping

  • $15 per night per tent

Dockage fees include

  • Up to five free pump-outs (serviced docks only
  • A vacation, emergency parts & spares kit, customized for your boat For boating trips at least one week long. Minimum one week’s notice required
  • Launch
  • Hydro & water (serviced docks only)
  • Boating lessons on your boat, beginners or refreshers
  • Navigation & anchoring seminars on demand
  • Parking
  • A Long Island Marine pennant

 

Boat Handling

Haul, launch or lift, including blocking

(Boat not on trailer)

  • Under 26′ – $210
  • 26′ and larger – $255

Three hour grace period if boat is re-launched from same equipment. Boats with special handling requirements may incur extra charges. No charge for overnight soaking if customer monitors boat & provides any pumps required.

Summer Dry Land
